Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy

Order

  • All our orders are shipped through UPS (United Parcel Service, Inc.).
  • Please check the size chart in the description before you order.
    MAK Sweater follows vintage garment spec. Please check our size chart, you can easily pick your right and preferred Size. 

Domestic Shipping

  • Our handling time is 1- 2 days before we ship from our warehouse. 
  • We don't ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO.
  • We ship to Non-Contiguous US (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands) through UPS (United Parcel Service, Inc.). Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Shipping rates are determined at checkout based on your package weight and delivery location.
  • Packages are not shipped on the weekend and holidays. 
  • When we receive "Return To Sender" packages, we will automatically refund your original form of payment!

International Shipping

  • All international orders are shipped through UPS (United Parcel Service, Inc.).
  • Please be aware that all international orders, no matter which shipping option is used, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. 
  • Your packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.
  • If you refuse to pay the customs fees, your package will return to us. All additional fees incurred will be subtracted from your total refund amounts. 

Returns

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Or Any item not in its original condition is damaged for reasons not due to our error. In these cases, we give you a partial refund.
  • For the returned item, we charge the 10% restocking fee.
    If you receive the defective item, we will refund the full amount.
  • Please request a return by sending an email to maksweater@gmail.com, We will send you the return instruction. 

Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange your order, please send us the exchange request email at maksweater@gmail.com, We will send you the exchange instruction.
  • For the exchange, we don't offer the free shipping label. 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the approval of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days after we received the products.
